Shipping costs

For worldwide orders to countries outside Greece under 100 euros the cost of shipping is charged to the customer and is 9€. For orders over 100 euros the shipping cost is free of charge. The partner company ELTA Hellenic Post, will deliver your products safely to the address you have indicated in the order form, so please be particularly careful when filling in your details. Our goal is to serve you quickly and correctly. Otherwise or for any problem we will contact you. The delivery time for orders is 5-15 working days for shipments outside Greece.

All international orders are subject to duties/custom taxes or delivery customs fees may be subject at the expense of the customer. We try to send small parcels that will not be checked at the customs but the customer is responsible to know their country’s customs policy

For orders within Greece under 40 euros the cost of shipping is charged to the customer and is 3€ while cash on delivery is charged an additional 2€ if selected as a payment method. For orders over 40 euros the shipping cost is free of charge. The partner company ELTA courier, will deliver your products safely to the address you have indicated in the order form, so please be particularly careful when filling in your details. Our goal is to serve you quickly and correctly. Otherwise or for any problem we will contact you. The delivery time of orders is 1-5 working days for shipments within Greece.

Payment Methods

For countries outside Greece payments can be made:
– with any debit-prepaid card within the environment of our website.

Returns Policy

You can change the product you purchased and request its replacement with another one if there is a specific reason, within 30 working days from the date of receipt, provided you register your request by sending us an e-mail to info@gaiophants.gr, or by telephone contact with our store. The product must then be shipped to us within seven (7) working days from the date of approval of the return request, using a courier company, or by post upon agreement.

Refund:

If for any reason you want to exercise your right to withdraw your purchase, please choose a return method and after the return of the products and a formal check, we will proceed to the refund accordingly.
