About Murano glass.

These are handmade glass beads made in the Murano region of Italy, formerly part of the greater Venice area.
Each bead is handmade and unique.

The types of Murano glass we use are:

Gold foil – With gold foil encapsulation
Silver foil – With silver foil encapsulation
Fiorato – With painted patterns, usually of flowers, in the glass during manufacture
Millefiori – Made of individual sticks with flower patterns, heated at a high temperature until they are joined together.

They are high quality glass so they need care and attention because there is a risk of falling and breaking.

The length of the pendant is variable.
