Sage wand

Sage wand. Ideal to burn – with care and respect – and with its smoke to help purify the space from negative energies and our minds from bad thoughts.
Hold it over the flame of a candle and as soon as it catches fire blow it out and its healing smoke will be born. If you want to stop it from burning before it puts itself out, you can dip its tip into a small bowl of sand.
